Varks.am is looking for Customer Service Specialists who will deliver a professional face to face service to customers.
Serve customers in the branch;
Introduce the Company's products and services;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve;
Take a proactive approach to determine service needs, provide information suggesting appropriate service and advice to customers;
Proceed with the activation of new contracts and their software registration;
Suggest additional products and services of use to clients;
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource;
Accept loan payments;
Fulfill other duties related to the work.
Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field;
Experience in banks/ financial institutions or in other customer service fields will be an advantage;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Result-oriented and goal-driven personality;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work under pressure;
Effective time management skills;
Able for shift work;
Able to work on week-ends.
