HAWAII AUTHORITIES PLAN TO LIFT THE QUARANTINE FOR TOURISTS
The authorities of the Hawaiian Islands intended to lift the quarantine for tourists from October 15.

Local authorities have announced that they will lift the mandatory requirement for self-isolation for guests who have a negative coronavirus test. Testing must be performed within 72 hours prior to flight.

This approach was initially expected to take effect on August 1, but was postponed due to an increase in the number of infected. In addition to testing, tourists must undergo a medical examination before the flight.

There were 10,946 cases of coronavirus infection in Hawaii, of which 103 were fatal.
